As I mentioned last month I believe Home Information Packs present you with an excellent opportunity to ensure a steady stream of conveyancing instructions in the future, but only if you market to past conveyancing clients now, and promote yourselves properly to new conveyancing clients from now on.
New conveyancing clients need somewhere to keep the Home Information Pack for the property that you will have helped them to buy, and somewhere that they can add new documents to for the next time they move (such as FENSA certificates etc). Who should supply them with a storage option at the same time as advising clients which documents they need to add to the pack before they next move and more importantly making sure when they next move that those clients come back to their law firm? Yes it is your duty to do this, and I have made it easier for you by preparing a range of marketing HIP Folders.
