One Partner Law Firm Changes Direction

This one partner firm (with several fee earners) already had a good reputation within the field of litigation. However, the sole practitioner recognised that the future in this particular field was perhaps not so promising. He called me in to discuss this and to determine how they could generate more work for a new area of litigation.
