Email Marketing Software

Email Marketing/Newsletter etc Aweber

Aweber is the email marketing software that I use for all of my marketing communications with my clients and prospects. It is simple, has fantastic delivery rates and is incredibly cost effective. It can be set up in minutes and costs less than 20 dollars a month. You can even take a free trial. There are loads of helpful videos to show you how to set it up and get it up and running. There really is no longer any excuse for not communicating with prospects and clients alike from now!!!!

If you are not currently building a database, or do not have a way of emailing all of your clients at the push of a button, I cannot recommend the software that I use highly enough. The reasons I think you should be using this software are:

  1. It allows you to contact all of your clients at the press of a send button.
  2. You can use a ready made template to prepare client newsletters.
  3. It is a great "lead capture" tool, allowing you to promote practical legal guides both online and offline (eg promoting your "7 Reasons To Make A Will ("LMP 5") in advertisements) to send people to your website to download them. This software can manage the download automatically, capturing the client's name and email address for future marketing activities as well as delivering the guide to them, all without you lifting a finger.
  4. You can add a page to your website so that secretaries can add all new clients to your email database.
  5. It is safe and secure - every client must click a link in the email that they receive to confirm their addition to your list thereby ensuring that they are not being spammed.
  6. You can pre-programme newsletters or emails to go out to your clients at a specific time in the future.
  7. You can access the software from any computer, so you do not have to be in the office to draft an announcement to your clients.
  8. You can export from the online database to an excel spreadsheet, thereby ensuring you always have a back up of your contacts.
