Whilst in private practice, he lectured extensively on claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau, and published a book on the same subject: "A Practical Guide To Handling Motor Insurers Bureau Claims". Since leaving private practice Nick has often been quoted and written articles for the Law Society Gazette, the Solicitors Journal, New Law Journal and many other legal publications.
