Nick has previously provided conference talks for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) and larger Law Firms.
More information is available on the About Nick Jervis page, but Nick was in private practice for 14 years before leaving to set up Samson Consulting in 2004. Whilst in private practice, he lectured extensively on claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau, and published a book on the same subject: "A Practical Guide To Handling Motor Insurers Bureau Claims". Since leaving private practice Nick has often been quoted and written articles for the Law Society Gazette, the Solicitors Journal, New Law Journal and many other legal publications.
