The legal profession is facing its most challenging period yet. Referral fees, ABS's, unregulated will writing companies and complete De-Regulation of the legal services market. Please let me share a story with you at this point, about one of my clients. I have changed the name to ensure anonymity remains but I have seen the story repeated so many times I know it is a common position and one that you may find yourself in now.
