The legal profession is facing its most challenging period yet. Referral fees, ABS's, unregulated will writing companies and complete De-Regulation of the legal services market. The Profit FlowCast Model - Are You Relying On Too Few Sources Of New Instructions?

I have worked with hundreds of law firms in over 20 years in and around the legal profession. I have sadly seen many practices close their doors because they were relying on only once referral method for acquiring new business. Please let me share a story with you at this point, about one of my clients. I have changed the name to ensure anonymity remains but I have seen the story repeated so many times I know it is a common position and one that you may find yourself in now.
