When you have a plan and you believe in it completely and utterly you see it through.

When you don’t have a plan, or don’t believe in a plan, you continually struggle.

You see when you have a plan and start on your journey towards it, you will meet obstacles and challenges – guaranteed.

If you don’t fully believe in your plan, when these challenges come you will question it. You will feel pressure. You will weaken.

If you have a team, they will sense this, and like a rudderless ship they too will not know what to do.

Just like the England team last night could not get rid of the ball quickly enough to their team mates because they didn’t believe in Roy’s plan, your team will pass the baton of responsibility to other team members.

So you will quit.

England did it last night. If they knew what the plan was and believed in it, they wouldn’t have folded. But they did. Which tells you everything.

They didn’t believe in Roy’s plans.

Roy didn’t have a plan he totally believed in.

Roy folded.

The players folded.
