Your law firm marketing plan should be short and sweet and reviewed and updated every month.
It does not need to be a huge, detailed marketing plan spanning 100’s of pages.
Why?
If it is, you will never open it or read it so it will be of no value to you.
What surprises most of my law firm owner clients is that the plan that I create for them is that they usually only contain three or four tactics.
What surprises them, even more, is when those three or four marketing tactics, when executed well, can grow them past £1 million in turnover, or if they are already there to £5 million and beyond.
It is never about ‘doing more’, but more about doing the few things well and consistently.

Which are the most effective forms of law firm marketing?
