Why choose me as your coach or mentor?

I was a solicitor from 1991 to 2003. Since 2003 I have been running Samson Consulting. I specialise in the legal profession for several reasons:

  • I know the industry inside and out. From working inside it to working with law firm owners and engaging solicitors to carry out legal services for my personal and business needs, I know this industry and all of its challenges very well.
  • I am told that I am a good listener. Perhaps, more importantly, I hear what is not being said as much as what is being communicated to me. This allows me to ‘cut to the chase’ so that I can solve the problem quickly and efficiently.
  • I am a simple person. I won’t over complicate matters.
  • I gain my job satisfaction from my clients’ successes. If we agree to work together, you get me on your side. I will work with you to achieve the results that you are looking for as quickly as possible.
  • I do not tie any of my clients into long term contracts. I only want to work with you and you with me if what we are doing is working for us both, so I never tie my clients into long term contracts.

Now I’ve got eight staff and two offices, and we’ve never been busier.
