About Nick Jervis

Nick was in private practice for 14 years before leaving to set up Samson Consulting in 2004. Whilst in private practice, he lectured extensively on claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau, and published a book on the same subject: “A Practical Guide To Handling Motor Insurers Bureau Claims“.

Since leaving private practice Nick has often been quoted and written articles for the Law Society Gazette, the Solicitors Journal, New Law Journal and many other legal publications. He has contributed three chapters on Marketing Personal Injury Services to Surving Jackson, and has authored his own books on Cross Selling Legal Services and Advertising Legal Services.
