In my survey of Legal Case Management Software, I asked users to rate their overall experience of the use of the case management software.

Whilst the numbers of the survey are not huge (around 100), I believe there are certain themes which make it valuable, at least providing solicitors with questions to ensure are answered fully by the software provider before proceeding to sign up with them.

The survey results are in alphabetical order, after the overall summary.
